The Hungarian soprano Sylvia Sass was heralded as “the new Callas”. Her three recital records for Decca included two discs of operatic arias and included all her most celebrated roles, plus a disc of songs by Liszt and Bartók.

All of these are issued as a 2CD set for the first time.
