In 2012, Esther Yoo was also one of the youngest ever prize winners of the Queen Elisabeth Competition.
In March 2014, she made her London debut, performing Mozart's Violin Concerto no.3 under the late Lorin Maazel at the Royal Festival Hall following a 2012 tour to China and Korea with the maestro.
She is currently a BBC New Generation Artist (2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons).
In 2014, she was a soloist on the Philharmonia Orchestra’s South America tour under Vladimir Ashkenazy.
